Tails on the Trails GoFundMe Campaign " Turning walks into Second Chances
Every step we take at Tails on the Trails helps save a life.
Our annual walk at Pocahontas State Park raises critical funds to support Lab Rescue of Greater Richmond’s mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome Labrador Retrievers and Lab mixes in need. From emergency medical care to foster support and rehabilitation, the funds raised through this campaign directly impact dogs who need a second chance.
This year, we’re inviting our community to go one step further by participating in peer-to-peer fundraising through GoFundMe. Whether you’re walking with us, cheering us on from afar, or simply passionate about rescue, you can help make a difference.
Why We’re Fundraising
Rescue doesn’t stop after one event. The funds raised through our GoFundMe campaign help provide:
-
Emergency and routine veterinary care
-
Spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations
-
Heartworm treatment and medications
-
Supplies and support for foster families
-
A safe path to adoption for dogs in need
Every donation — big or small — helps change a dog’s future.
